Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto says the squad's SF90H is an evolution of last year's package, but has "extreme" solutions, as part of its quest to win the Formula 1 title. I'm always looking at the red vehicle, hoping to one day be in it. "The key will be to work altogether but I'm sure we'll make it".

"I think we simply tried to push again to raise the bar, to raise the level, try to be as extreme a we could".

Ferrari's challenge is set to be spearhead by Sebastian Vettel, although the four-time world champion will have new company in the sister vehicle following highly-rated Charles Leclerc's arrival from Sauber, with veteran Raikkonen moving in the opposite direction.

Vettel, a four-time world champion, will spearhead the team's title bid this season, and is aiming to bounce back from a disappointing second half of the 2018 campaign which was marred by individual errors. "I think the team is on the right path and hopefully we can continue improving".

Now I'm really excited and can't wait to get in. It's been a very emotional day, it's a dream come true.

"It is a very proud day for me".

"We got really good achievements in 2018 and it's a development of last year's vehicle", he explained.

"Such a setback is never easy to swallow, but I assure you we look forward with strong commitment and determination".

The rearward flaps of the wing slope downwards from the centre towards the outside of the wing, with the intention of channelling air in aerodynamically advantageous ways and reducing the losses caused by the new rules. He suggested the team have just built on the work completed a year ago as the Italian looks forward to his first race as team principal after replacing Maurizio Arrivabene. "I'm expecting a lot from him, no doubt, as he is from himself".

The vehicle is scheduled to run for the first time in a short "shakedown" test at Spain's Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Sunday before the start of pre-season testing at the same track on Monday.

"Despite all the obvious pressure that exists, the atmosphere in the team from top to bottom will be one in which serenity will prevail", said Camilleri.

It was unveiled at Ferrari's Maranello headquarters in a glitzy ceremony that drew heavily on Ferrari's history and standing as the most famous team in motorsport.

"This year is an important one for us as we celebrate our 90th anniversary as the Scuderia Ferrari was born in Modena in 1929".
