Kevin Keiley is not a happy man.

He said that his username stemmed from two parts: He used "sussex" because he's from West Sussex, and "royal" because he's a fan of Reading FC, a professional soccer club in England nicknamed "the Royals".

He says no one from the Royal Family or Instagram contacted him to alert him to the username swap.

The social media platform has confirmed that Keiley's handle had been changed because the account was inactive and that it was in line with its policy.

Mr Keiley said he was "flattered" but a little "annoyed" about the situation.

"I thought, 'What's that all about?' He said, 'Look on Instagram, '" Keiley said.

"I can tell you that Twitter's gone mental", he explained.

"I didn't ask for this. We put so much pressure on ourselves".

According to Guinness World Records, their account is now the fastest on Instagram to do so!

Princess Anne was the first royal to give birth in the Lindo Wing when she welcomed her son, Peter Phillips, in 1977 - and opted to go to the same hospital to give birth to her daughter, Zara Phillips, in 1981.

But the royals have been hit by cruel trolls writing negative comments, including racism directed at the Duchess.
